CrossFit Zenith provides a specialised program for children aged 5 to 16 to learn how to move their bodies in a safe environment while having a whole lot of fun at the same time.
We offer 3 different age groups with a different age-specific focus for each of them.
5 - 8 year olds - At this age it is all about fun. We provide lots of movement, games and opportunities to express themselves.
8 - 12 year olds - While still about having fun and enjoying movement, this age brings a bit more focus and body awareness, meaning we can dive a bit deeper into some more foundational technique work before we get them into a workout.
13 - 16 year olds - These capable kids enjoy a slightly shorter class than a regular adult CrossFit class but the class is based around the same principles - general overall fitness and strength. Technique is always a big focus before adding any weight and coaching cues become a bit more advanced (age-appropriate).
School Holiday Program - These programs are suitable for all ages and abilities. Although the program is general, the movements that we program for each individual are age specific, working to each child's current level and keeping it fun! There are games, exercise, more games and a whole lot of fun.

Little Kids 4-8 - Saturday 10.15am-10.45am
Kids 8-12 - Saturday 11:00am-11.45am, Wednesday 4:15pm-5:00pm
Teens 13+ - Saturday 12:00pm-12.45pm, Tuesday 5:00pm-6:00pm
