First, we'll give you a call (or text if that's easier), find out a bit more about you and your health and fitness goals, why you want to achieve them and when you want to achieve them by. We'll then answer any questions that you may have about CrossFit Zenith, the sessions, the facility and the best membership options for your success. Some common questions might be:
Then we will book a time for your free trial session and send you an email about what to expect. For your free trial session, we will show you around the gym, introduce you to your coach for the day and get you moving. The coach will guide you through your session, making adjustments based on your current fitness level and quality of movement and make sure that you get a great workout in and have fun while doing it. After your session, there is absolutely no obligation to join. We will have a short chat about your best membership options moving forwards and then the decision is up to you. Most of all, your free trial session is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
